Efficient, thorough, reliable, fast working, totally organized, so careful about bringing his equipment in and out, fastidious about himself and the work he does, incredibly honest, unbelievably fairly priced, and a man who absolutely has a passion for his work. He just loves cleaning, takes pride in his work, and he is personally challenged to clean your carpets to perfection.
In addition to a very badly stained bedroom from a dog being ill, I had a particularly badly stained hall carpet. . . . blueberry pancakes/syrup/butter fell off a tray. . . can you picture the mess? Both were total disasters! I wish I had taken a before and after photo so you, too, could be totally in awe of the professional job that was done.
All that said, you would not believe the finished product! Absolutely gone. . . .not a mark left on the carpets. .not even a hint. When I say it was bad, I truly was just hoping half the huge spot in the "blueberry" hallway would be diminished.
Mr. Warilla did a prodigious amount of work throughout our home; and, upon completion of the task, he then took the time to educate us regarding what we needed to do to effectively let the carpets dry. This guy is remarkable.
Do not waste your money EVER going elsewhere. He IS the best of the best."
